Registration
To register for MedNet 2005 please complete the REGISTRATION FORM - ONLINE and pay the registration fee. Registering early will save you money, and also help us to organize things better! The deadline for early registration is October 15th and late registration is November 28th.
Registration Fees
The Full MedNet 2005 registration fee includes a copy of proceedings in Technology and Health Care and other conference materials, membership Society for the Internet in Medicine, refreshments during breaks, a ticket to the welcome party and the use of conference facilities.
The One-day regular MedNet 2005 registration fee includes a copy of congress proceedings in Technology and Health Care, other conference materials, refreshments during breaks on a selected day and the use of conference facilities.
The One-day CSZIVI members regular MedNet 2005 registration fee includes conference materials, refreshments during breaks on a selected day and the use of conference facilities.
The accompanying person fee includes a ticket to the welcome party and a half day special social programme for accompanying persons.

Payments can be made:

Please make sure that the bank transfer is made net of all bank charges and commissions.
Confirmation of your payment will be e-mailed to you and the original will be given to you upon your arrival at the MedNet 2005 Registration desk at the Crowne Plaza Prague Hotel.
Cancellation of Registration
The registration fee deducted of EUR 30/CZK 900) will be refunded for all written cancellations sent to Action M Agency no later than November 1st. After that date no refund of registration fee will be provided.
