A booking can be made directly with the registration by completing the registration form.

Reservation deadline: October 24, 2005. After that date we cannot guarantee your booking request. Any changes in hotel booking (after the payment of the accommodation balance) will be solved individually.

Accommodation Payment

The Amount for the accommodation deposit will be charged as a guaranteed booking. Accommodation payment is composed from the accommodation deposit (payable together with the registration fee) and accommodation balance (the difference between paid deposit and the rest of the costs of your stay - WILL BE CHARGED AFTER NOVEMBER 1, 2005).

Example: 4 nights/single room at Crowne Plaza Prague Hotel**** (2550 CZK per night):
Accommodation deposit = 3 000 CZK
Accommodation balance = 7 200 CZK
Total accommodation payment = 10 200 CZK

We would like to stress that the payment of the accommodation balance before your arrival is required according to Prague's hotel policy, when all hotels in Prague are overbooked and the full advanced payment for group reservations is required. However group reservation allows us to offer you special conference prices.

Cancellation of Accommodation

The registration fee deducted of EUR 30/CZK 900) will be refunded for all written cancellations sent to Action M Agency no later than November 1, 2005. After that date no refund of registration fee will be provided. Cancellations of accommodation after that date will result in a one-night charge.
